About the workshop
Every piece of clothing carries a story. A shirt passed down from someone you love. A dress you wore on a day you'll never forget. A jumper that has been with you for years but hasn't seen the light in a while.
In this workshop, you bring one garment that means something to you. With guidance, you choose: do you repair it, or creatively transform it into something new? You'll learn simple sewing and mending techniques, tailored entirely to your piece and your story.
What makes this afternoon special is the combination of handwork and human connection. We open and close with a small sharing circle, where you can - if you'd like - tell the group why this piece matters to you. No sewing experience needed. Just bring something you care about.
All materials are provided: needles, scissors, threads, buttons, and fabric.
