Shipping is free on order € 60 or above.
All prices are VAT included. Shipping fee is not included in the price listed with the product. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for each order during the online purchase phase once the delivery address of the goods has been specified.
Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed and FREE OF PET HAIR return purchased from our online-store.
We accept returns for exchange and also for a full refund.
There is no need to notify us when you send a return, please simply send your original packing slip with your return so that we know who the return belongs to.
As soon as we issue your refund, you will receive an automatic email notification.
Face masks are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
The cost of return shipping is not included with purchase.
